About Me

Retirement from the IT Consulting company I founded and ran for 30 years came in 2016.  When I travel, I make photographs because it forces me to see more intentionally and to experience more mindfully.  For the past 20 years, I have chased the light in some very special places with my eyes wide open.

In 2022, I attended a workshop titled Creative Photography Without Bounds with Frans Lanting where the focus was on breaking free from the limitations of traditional photography.  Intentional Camera Movement (ICM), multiple exposures, and other experimental methods yielded images unlike anything we had previously done.  It was an epiphany!  Now I experiment with these techniques to produce images I can only see with my eyes closed and my mind open.
